Prep Time: 5-6 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients -
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1.5 tbsp
Boiled water - 1/4 cup
Powdered/Granulated or Icing Sugar - 3 tbsp

Method -

In a small vessel, boiled water until bubbles appear and turned off gas.
In a mixing bowl, add milk powder, icing sugar, butter and boiled water.    
Ground into a smooth paste.
Let it cool down and store it in an airtight container.
Note - It stays fresh up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator if properly handled.

Delicious dessert using condensed milk -

Banana Pudding

Ingredients -

2 cups milk, cold milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 pieces banana, sliced
14 pieces wafer biscuit
1½ cups heavy whipping cream, Fresh whip cream
1 tin condensed milk

Method -

In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
Blend in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and fold in whipped topping.
Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in a glass serving bowl.
Chill until serving.
Approximately minimum of 4 hours.
